DoniaHost is NOT responsible for user content or any illegal activity performed by customers.

The following content or activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal content of any type
• Pornography or adult content
• Gambling or casino systems
• MLM, referral-income, pyramid schemes
• Hacking tools, phishing, malware
• Terrorism-related materials
• Unauthorized financial services
• Pirated movies, software, games, etc.
• Fraud, scam, impersonation

Hosting prohibited content will result in immediate suspension without notice.

4. Service Quality

• We provide stable and fast hosting service
• We provide support whenever needed
• No uptime guarantee or money-back guarantee is provided

5. Billing & Payments

Payments must be made in advance. Late payment may result in suspension.

Refunds are not guaranteed or automatically provided.

6. Account Suspension & Termination

Your account may be suspended for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Hosting prohibited or illegal content
• Security threats or server abuse
• Non-payment

DoniaHost may suspend accounts without prior notice if necessary.

7. Data & Privacy

DoniaHost collects basic account information only. We do NOT access customer website content unless required for security or legal needs.

8. Liability Limitation

DoniaHost is not responsible for:

• Illegal activities by customers
• Customer website content
• Financial loss or scam caused by the customer
• Downtime, attacks, or data loss

Customers use our service at their own risk.

9. Law Enforcement

DoniaHost may cooperate with legal authorities if required. However, the customer remains responsible for their actions.

10. Changes to Terms

DoniaHost may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use our service means you accept the updated Terms.
