If you are unsatisfied with our server speed, latency, hardware uptime, or customer support within the first 30 days of initial service activation, you may request a full refund via our client billing portal.
Non-Refundable Services (Domain Registrations & Software Licenses)
Domain name registrations, annual domain renewals, and third-party software add-ons (such as cPanel WHM, LiteSpeed Web Server Enterprise licenses, or CloudLinux OS modules) are strictly non-refundable once provisioned with global registries (ICANN). If your hosting package included a promotional free domain, the standard registry fee for that domain will be deducted from any refunded amount.
Refund Processing & Payment Channels
