Terms of Service

By registering an account, placing an order, or utilizing any hosting services provided by DoniaHost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our infrastructure and services.

Users must provide authentic, current, and complete contact and billing information during registration. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, cPanel logins, and client portal authentication. Any unauthorized account activity must be reported to our technical security team immediately.

Our infrastructure may not be utilized for illegal operations, hosting malicious scripts, phishing campaigns, bulk unsolicited email (spamming), crypto-mining, copyright infringement, or distributing pirated content. Deliberate violations trigger instant account suspension without prior notice or refund.

Shared and cloud hosting subscriptions must operate within assigned hardware allocations (RAM, I/O, EP, and CPU limits). Abusive runaway processes or deliberate denial of service that compromises overall node stability are restricted under our fair use and multi-tenant isolation protocols.

Hosting subscriptions and registered domain names must be renewed prior to their stated expiration date. Invoices are generated automatically 14 days in advance. Failure to settle outstanding balances before the grace period expiration may lead to automated service disruption and permanent data reclamation.

While DoniaHost maintains automated daily disaster recovery snapshots for node-level redundancy, clients are strongly advised to download and maintain off-site, independent copies of their mission-critical data, codebases, and databases.
